Commercial Content Lead

Position: Full Time/Permanent

Location: Derry Street, HSK, London, W8 5HY

About The Role

We are looking for a social media obsessed Commercial Content Lead to join our growing commercial

team who are responsible for producing viral, entertaining video content that our clients will love, while

developing cutting edge ideas to attract new commercial partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with the Commercial Content Editor, sales and editorial teams to create innovative social content that meets all commercial requirements
• Create high-impact sales presentations to support commercial objectives and win new business
• Ideate, produce and direct commercial content across all our platforms, including storyboards, shoot itineraries and scripts
• Brief videographers on shot lists, edits and post-production
• Ideate and execute events with brand partners
• Support the development and curation of branded newsletters, ensuring consistent brand voice and meeting client goals
• Organise shoots, from booking locations and creators to calling in relevant products and props
• Work with project managers to ensure commercial projects are running to timeline
• Use data to inform future content decisions

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Minimum of two years’ experience working on a similar lifestyle commercial or content team
• Proven experience in creating highly creative and entertaining commercial content, with expertise in content creation and storytelling skills for TikTok and Instagram.
• A big thinker with an appetite for disruptive ideas
• Skilled in producing clear, concise and engaging written content
• A passion for women’s interest categories, particularly fashion, beauty, interiors and lifestyle
• Strong relationships with fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry contacts
• Highly organised, strong attention to detail and comfortable working on a fast-paced desk
