
In connection with the expansion of the Montevideo Regional Office and the strong business growth in Latin America Trafigura is looking for a Commercial Container Shipping Specialist operating from Montevideo, URUGUAY.
Trafigura's container shipping activity sits within the Chartering Department, under Shipping Division Management. As Commercial Container Shipping Specialist you will help grow that activity across your assigned regions and trades, combining regional freight strategy, logistics optimisation and long-term partnerships with shipping stakeholders. It is a commercially driven role for someone who reads the market closely and turns that reading into better freight decisions for the Group.
Chartering and Shipping teams, Trading and Operations desks, external shipping lines, forwarders, terminals and logistics providers.
