Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager
HITT Contracting is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles team, based out of our El Segundo, CA office.
The Senior Project Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and strategic direction across multiple project teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring APMs and PMs have the guidance and resources needed to successfully deliver their projects while maintaining HITT’s standards for safety, quality, financial performance, schedule, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction leader who knows how to develop people, oversee multiple project teams, build strong client relationships, and identify risks before they become problems.
This is an opportunity for an experienced construction leader to play a key role within HITT Contracting’s Los Angeles team in El Segundo, CA As a Senior Project Manager, your impact will extend beyond the success of an individual project—you’ll be responsible for developing APMs and PMs, providing leadership across multiple project teams, and helping drive the overall success of a portfolio of $5M–$30M commercial projects.

In accordance with California’s Labor Code Section 432.3, the base salary range for this position is:
$133,100.00 - $181,500.00
Compensation in other cities and states may vary. HITT Contracting offers a competitive total benefits and compensation package including performance-based bonuses, premium health care coverage including vision and dental, employer-matched 401(k), wellness reimbursement program, paid holidays and time-off, and other voluntary benefits and leave types. The determination of salary is based on the candidate’s individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
