Job Description

This is your chance to join a family-focused general contractor that has experienced steady growth over the past 16 years. Integrity and consistent quality of work has been the foundation for this company since its inception. At this time, we are looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator that is organized and detail oriented to join the team! We are honored to say this organization has a low turnover rate and strives to promote within.

[Duties ]
  • Analyze required bid documents, blueprints, and project specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the project
  • Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors, Client’s Subcontractor’s, and contractors
  • Prepare material estimates, Labor estimates and cost estimates for the product or service


[Requirements ]
  • 5-7 years of Commercial Construction Estimating experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Procore estimating software or similar software is required
  • Ability to research historical project data to produce a budget for clients


[Details ]
  • $80k - $120k a year
  • Bonus opportunities, 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Paid vacation and sick days
  • Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and travel as needed. This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
