
The Commercial Client Service Associate I-II plays a critical role in supporting Commercial Relationship Managers and clients throughout the loan lifecycle. This position is responsible for loan documentation preparation, loan review and maintenance, client service, wire processing, appraisal and title ordering, portfolio administration, and ongoing relationship support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.
Working in a collaborative team environment, this role serves as a key liaison between commercial clients, lending officers, and internal bank departments to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Client Service Associate I
Serves as the entry-level support position within the business unit team. Provides support to the RM and/or the Commercial Client Service Associate II. Provides support for smaller and/or less complex relationships. Requires applicable office support work experience. Working knowledge of financial institutions desired Incumbents at this level typically have 2-4 years of banking related applicable experience.
Client Service Associate II
Provides direct support to RMs. May train and/or mentor Commercial Client Service Associate I. Provides direct, professional contact with clients, working on larger, more complex accounts, and maintaining intimate knowledge of existing client base. Requires advanced financial operations support experience and in-depth knowledge of financial services and banking procedures. Strong knowledge of bank products and services required. Incumbents at this level typically have 4-8 years of banking related applicable experience.
Commercial Client Service Associate I: $20.67 - $31.03 per hour
Commercial Client Service Associate II: $22.50 - $33.76 per hour
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Meridian, Idaho. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus plan.
