Spring is almost here ! We are gearing up for a busy season and looking to add some dynamite workers to our team! Our facilities have been hammered from this long and snowy Winter season and require extra Spring Cleaning and attention to detail. If you are ready to get on your feet and Wow customers with your consistent hard work then we want to speak with you. Whether 3, 5, 7 days per week, we can accommodate the schedule you are looking for.

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, detail vacuuming, dry mopping, wet mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting high/low, cleaning walls/partitions/fixtures
• Use various tools, techniques, ideas to keep and maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and keep closets clean and organized.
• Communicate w/ supervisors, other staff to complete job and take accountability for your actions.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 35lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Must have mobile phone for clocking in/ out

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
