Special Projects Lead Cleaner – Full-Time

Location: Ventura

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Weekends: As needed

Pay: $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team! We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning and floor care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.
• Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.
• Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.
• Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
• Travel between different job sites as needed.
• Work independently while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.
• Requirements
• Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license .
• Clean driving record .
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different job sites.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Hiring Bonus

Eligible employees can earn up to a $500 hiring bonus! The bonus is paid out as follows:

• $100 on your first paycheck
• $150 after 30 days of employment
• $250 after 90 days of employment
