¡Estamos contratando un Líder de Limpieza de Proyectos Especiales para unirse a nuestro equipo! Buscamos una persona responsable, con experiencia en limpieza comercial, conocimientos de cuidado de pisos y excelentes habilidades de liderazgo.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar y realizar proyectos especiales de limpieza en diferentes ubicaciones.
- Realizar tareas detalladas de limpieza comercial, incluyendo limpieza profunda y cuidado de pisos.
- Remover acabados, aplicar cera, pulir y mantener diferentes tipos de pisos.
- Realizar limpieza de alfombras y otras tareas especializadas de limpieza.
- Ayudar a capacitar y orientar a los miembros del equipo durante los proyectos.
- Asegurarse de que el trabajo se realice de manera segura, eficiente y cumpla con los estándares de calidad.
- Viajar entre diferentes lugares de trabajo según sea necesario.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en limpieza comercial requerida.
- Experiencia en cuidado y mantenimiento de pisos requerida.
- Bilingüe (inglés/español) preferido.
- Licencia de conducir válida requerida.
- Historial de manejo limpio requerido.
- Transporte confiable y disponibilidad para viajar a diferentes lugares de trabajo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y liderar un equipo.
- Debe pasar una verificación de antecedentes.
- Debe pasar una prueba de drogas.
- Debe estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
Special Projects Lead Cleaner – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Weekends as needed
Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour (Based on experience)
We are currently hiring a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and knowledge of commercial cleaning and floor care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations
- Perform detailed commercial cleaning duties, including deep cleaning and floor care
- Strip, wax, buff, and maintain different types of flooring
- Complete carpet cleaning and other specialty cleaning tasks
- Assist with training and guiding team members during projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards
- Travel between job sites as needed
Requirements:
Previous commercial cleaning experience required
Floor care experience required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Clean driving record required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Pass background/ Drug test
Be authorized to work in the US
