Siffrin is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Team Lead to help maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment across our facilities. This role combines hands-on custodial work with leadership responsibilities and is ideal for candidates who take pride in facility appearance, workplace safety, and supporting a purpose-driven organization that serves individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in daily cleaning operations throughout a multi-level facility
- Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, common areas, offices, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Conduct floor maintenance, including polishing, buffing, spot cleaning, and carpet care
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain janitorial equipment, cleaning products, and supplies
- Set up and arrange meeting rooms, training areas, and special event spaces
- Respond to facility-related cleaning needs and provide support to residential locations when necessary
- Ensure cleaning standards meet safety, health, and organizational requirements
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service
- Help maintain a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and the individuals we serve
Preferred

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning, custodial services, housekeeping, or building maintenance
- Previous lead, supervisor, crew leader, or janitorial management experience preferred
- Knowledge of floor care equipment, carpet cleaning methods, and facility cleaning procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize daily tasks
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, push, pull, and remain active throughout the workday
