What You'll Do

Working independently or in small teams, you will execute essential daily cleaning and sanitation routines across commercial properties. Your core responsibilities include:

• Restroom & Breakroom Care: Clean, sanitize, and disinfect sinks, toilets, counter surfaces, and fixtures to high health standards.
• Surface Disinfection: Systematically wipe down high-touch area surfaces including doors, light switches, desks, and railings.
• Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas, addressing spot stains as needed.
• Waste Management: Collect trash, replace bag liners, and safely transfer waste to exterior dumpsters.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor janitorial supply levels (hand soap, towels, paper products) and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Facility Security: Follow proper building entry/exit protocols, locking doors and securing facilities at the conclusion of your shift.

What We're Looking For

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Transportation: Must have valid, reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned local sites.
• Work Ethic: Strong self-motivation with the ability to complete tasks efficiently without direct, constant supervision.
• Attention to Detail: Pride in thorough, high-quality work following established checklists.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 35 lbs throughout a 5-hour shift.
