In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining clean, safe, and healthy environments for local businesses and organizations. No prior cleaning or janitorial experience is required-we provide full, hands-on paid training to ensure you have all the skills and resources needed to succeed from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial buildings (offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas).
• Dust, wipe down surfaces, sanitize high-touch points, and empty trash receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using modern commercial cleaning equipment.
• Restock supplies, including paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Maintain equipment in clean, proper working condition and notify management of any maintenance needs or supply shortages.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and quality guidelines to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed during your shift.
• Must pass a standard background check and/or drug screening prior to employment.
