ServiceMaster Clean Team está buscando una persona responsable, confiable y trabajadora para unirse a nuestro equipo como Técnico(a) de Limpieza en Cold Spring, MN.
La persona ideal debe tener buena atención al detalle, ser puntual y sentirse cómoda trabajando de manera independiente.
Responsabilidades
- Limpiar y desinfectar oficinas, áreas comunes, baños y otras áreas asignadas.
- Barrer, trapear, aspirar y quitar el polvo de pisos y superficies.
- Vaciar la basura y reemplazar las bolsas.
- Limpiar y desinfectar superficies de alto contacto.
- Reponer suministros de baños y productos de limpieza según sea necesario.
- Seguir los procedimientos de limpieza y las normas de seguridad.
- Reportar problemas de mantenimiento o falta de suministros al supervisor.
- Completar las tareas de limpieza asignadas dentro del horario establecido.
- Mantener un ambiente limpio, seguro y profesional.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en limpieza o mantenimiento es preferida, pero proporcionamos entrenamiento
- Transporte confiable para llegar al lugar de trabajo.
- Ser responsable, puntual y confiable.
- Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y trabajar de manera independiente.
- Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y realizar tareas físicas de limpieza durante períodos prolongados.
- Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
- Debe estar dispuesto(a) a completar una verificación de antecedentes y prueba de drogas.
- Se requiere teléfono inteligente para registrar entrada y salida.
- Buena atención al detalle y actitud positiva.
Janitorial Cleaner – Part-Time

ServiceMaster Clean Team is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Cleaner to join our team in Cold Spring, MN. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
- Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or other concerns to a supervisor
- Maintain a professional and dependable work ethic
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled timeframe
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but training is provided
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties for extended periods
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening
- Smartphone required for clocking in and out
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
