As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you'll be integral to fitting, and maintaining commercial catering installations of varying sizes and configurations.
Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and calibrate a wide range of commercial catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on catering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems as needed.
Requirements:

Comcat Qualification
