Job Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Campaign Executive to join our Publishing team at Bauer Media.

Working across some of the UK’s best-known media brands, you’ll help bring our commercial campaigns to life across paid digital and social channels – taking campaigns from initial brief through to delivery, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, organised and curious about the digital world. You don’t need to be a paid media expert from day one – we’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a genuine interest in media, marketing and digital advertising.

What you will be doing

• Manage paid digital campaigns across multiple Bauer Publishing brands and channels, from initial brief through to post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor and optimise live campaigns to make sure budgets are being used effectively and delivering the best possible performance and ROI.
• Produce clear and insightful reporting on campaign performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly and on schedule.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider team to make sure campaign plans are achievable and delivered successfully.
• Spot opportunities to improve performance and identify potential areas for growth.
• Develop your knowledge of paid media, digital advertising and the wider publishing landscape.

What we are looking for

You might already have some experience in digital marketing, paid media, campaign management or advertising, or you could be looking to take the next step in your career within digital media.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Great communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet.
• Confidence working with numbers, data and campaign performance.
• A proactive attitude and curiosity about the digital landscape.
• A genuine interest in media, marketing and advertising.
• The confidence to make decisions independently while also enjoying working as part of a collaborative team.
• Some understanding of paid media channels would be great, but it isn’t essential.
