Your Opportunity

At Cleanaway, our Commercial Business Partners play a critical role in improving business performance. More than traditional finance professionals, you will partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, challenge decisions, drive transformation initiatives and deliver sustainable profit improvement.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you will partner closely with Regional Managers and operational leadership teams to improve profitability through commercial insight, governance and disciplined execution.

  • Provide commercial insight to primary Regional Management, ensuring appropriate challenge & analysis to support business growth
  • Lead and support transformation initiatives that improve productivity, simplify processes and reduce costs
  • Influence commercial decisions through robust financial analysis, scenario modelling and business cases
  • Lead the regional month-end performance review process, ensuring financial results are accurate, complete and delivered within reporting deadlines.
  • Partner with operational leaders to embed continuous improvement disciplines across the business
  • Develop robust business cases with clear financial baselines, implementation plans and benefit tracking
  • Drive performance against Cleanaway's key commercial value drivers

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
  • Proven financial and commercial experience in a complex, diverse, multi-site business
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information in a concise, non-technical manner
  • Experience developing commercial business cases and tracking realised benefits
  • Proven ability to influence senior operational stakeholders
