Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Commercial Business Analyst – Web & Marketing, you will transform customer, web, and sales data into actionable insights that strengthen commercial performance and improve the end-to-end customer experience across digital channels.

You will combine customer analytics, market research, web performance analysis, and experimentation to identify behavioral patterns, optimize conversion, and support data-driven commercial decisions.

Your Responsibilities

Insights & Analytics

  • Conduct consumer and market research to identify behavioral patterns, customer needs, brand perception, and emerging trends influencing commercial performance.
  • Perform 360° analysis across customer, web, and sales data to generate actionable insights for Commercial teams.
  • Analyze full-funnel digital performance across .com and app, including traffic, customer behavior, product performance, conversion, and sales outcomes.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness in partnership with Media teams, including conversion attribution, ROAS, and commercial impact
  • Analyze sales, customer, and web data to provide recommendations related to QCP, assortment, pricing, and product performance
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback across touchpoints to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and measure the impact of commercial activities, in close collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Plan, support, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing to optimize customer experience, conversion, and CRM/Email performance, in strong collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve targeting.
  • Generate conversion funnel reporting, performance hypotheses, and actionable recommendations for Commercial stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate digital data collection through tagging, tracking implementation, and SEO analytics, supporting visibility and measurement across owned channels.
  • Act as an expert SQL user and analytics partner, supporting data extraction and contributing to team upskilling.

Collaboration

  • Generate recurring reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for stakeholders using key reporting and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Experience Lead to ensure the full funnel is operating effectively and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion.
  • Support Experience Lead, E-commerce Leads, Commercial Managers, 3PL Business Experts, and Marketing teams with analytics activities and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with CAP LATAM and BT OPS teams to ensure the proper execution of Commercial initiatives, while guaranteeing the correct indexing of catalog, pricing accuracy, and stock availability across the sales market.
  • Support commercial decision-making through insight storytelling, performance evaluations, and data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics ( mandatory requirement), with strong expertise in funnel analysis, attribution, customer behavior, conversion, and performance measurement.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics and BI tools such as

    Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Strong SQL capabilities and experience working with multiple data sources and analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, web tracking implementation, tagging, and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
  • Strong reporting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience with customer segmentation and behavioral analytics

Language

  • Fluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken, as the role requires regular collaboration with Global teams and BT OPS stakeholders

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Web Analytics, preferably within e-commerce, digital business, retail, or fashion environments.
  • Experience working with e-commerce and customer intelligence platforms such as

    VTEX, Synerise, Contentsquare, and Google Data Studio.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional, regional, and global environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in fashion retail, omnichannel, or e-commerce environments is highly valued.
