Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Business Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team, serving as a key partner to our global sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Excellence, you will analyze commercial data, build dynamic dashboards, track pipeline performance, and deliver actionable insights that directly impact top-line growth.

Whether you bring a background in Sales Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Financial Analysis—or are a high-potential graduate with strong analytical skills—this role offers direct visibility into sales strategy and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI reports and dashboards for sales and commercial leadership.
  • Commercial & Pipeline Analytics: Extract and analyze commercial data across CRM, EDR, and order management systems to monitor pipeline health, opportunity progression, and sales velocity.
  • Commercial Strategy & Planning: Support sales forecasting, account planning, quota setting, and commercial performance modeling.
  • Sales Enablement & Process Governance: Help define sales guidelines, improve lead conversion visibility, and partner with sales reps to encourage CRM adoption and gather feedback.
  • Executive Presentations: Translate complex, raw datasets into concise, executive-level summaries and actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Technical Stack: Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills (including data extraction, transformation, modeling, and visualization).
  • Data Proficiency: Proven ability to manipulate large datasets, identify trends/gaps, and generate business recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to partner effectively across sales teams and leadership.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field with 0–3+ years in commercial analysis, sales operations, or financial analysis. (High-potential graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply!)
  • Systems Exposure: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and B2B sales environments.
  • Bonus Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus, but not required.
