Job Description

Market leading commercial insurance brokers currently is looking to hire career minded individuals that are looking to start their career with one of Malta leading insurance brokers. As Commercial Broker
assists in facilitating commercial real estate or business transactions, helping clients buy, sell, lease, or finance properties. The role involves market research, client communication, financial analysis, and negotiation support.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist clients in identifying suitable commercial properties or business opportunities based on their needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis, track trends, and gather data on commercial real estate or business transactions.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial statements, property values, and investment potential to support decision-making.
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Property Listings & Marketing: Assist in preparing listings, promotional materials, and marketing strategies for available properties.
  • Negotiation Support: Help structure deals, draft proposals, and communicate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Legal & Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and update CRM systems.

Required Education, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Finance
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Prior experience in sales (internships or entry-level roles are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software,
