Job Description

As an International Client Onboarding Analyst within the Commercial Client Onboarding team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our clients globally. Your project management skills will be instrumental in ensuring successful and efficient complex treasury product implementations.

As an International Client Onboarding Analyst within the Commercial Bank, you will be at the forefront of our clients' initial experience with JP Morgan Chase. You will be part of a project team that provides support for the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services for our non-US based clients, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class experience, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service from the moment they engage with us, helping to shape their journey and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own less complex client-facing projects for Brazil in-country and Product-only deals.
  • Assist in the product implementation and training experience for assigned clients.
  • Provide support to Associates and Vice Presidents in day-to-day activities related to project management.
  • Participate in meetings with clients through Zoom and other collaboration tools.
  • Help build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management teams.
  • Support the management of client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.
  • Exhibit ownership of the implementation experience and contribute to client satisfaction results.
  • Collaborate with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.
  • Identify instances of business risk and assist in addressing issues when they arise.
  • Help scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans. Utilize workflow tools for status updates and document repository.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving and judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in managing client and internal partner expectations by establishing timelines and dependencies with the goal of exceeding expectations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.
  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience.
  • Interest in project management and willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Experience in teamwork and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using technology and collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom, and other platforms for enhanced client discussions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Interest in obtaining a PMP or other project management certifications.
  • Interest in learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English.
