About the role:

As Commercial Back Office Team Leader- Digital Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of customer and commercial processes while supporting the business's growth ambitions. Acting as the link between Sales, Operations and other key stakeholders, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality back-office services and enabling an excellent customer experience. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will help shape the future of the function by driving process optimization, automation and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and overall business performance.

Your tasks as Commercial Back Office Team Leader- Digital Solutions:

• Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Back Office team, managing priorities, workload, performance and fostering a customer-centric, high-performing culture.
• Oversee end-to-end customer administration activities, including orders, contracts, renewals, terminations, credit notes, commercial documentation and master data accuracy across business systems.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle, providing proactive support to Sales and maintaining agreed service levels.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Customer Service, Logistics, Legal, Digital Solutions and IT teams to ensure operational excellence, compliance and smooth execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization and digital transformation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.

Your profile:

• At least 4 years of experience in a Commercial Back Office, Customer Administration or Order-to-Cash environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, with strong prioritization, delegation and performance management skills.
• Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including contracts, pricing, invoicing, renewals and the customer lifecycle, with awareness of their commercial and financial impact.
• Experience managing projects and process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements, automation and industrialization efforts across ERP, CRM and CPQ environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across Sales, Finance, Logistics, Digital Solutions and IT.
• Analytical, solution-oriented and resilient, with proficiency in relevant business systems and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
