At Kiwibank, we’re challenging the status quo by putting purpose at the heart of business banking. As a Commercial Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping Kiwi businesses succeed because when they thrive, our communities do too.

You’ll manage the day-to-day running of a customer portfolio, assess and process credit applications for commercial loans, and provide tailored banking solutions that make a real difference. Working alongside our Commercial Growth Managers, you’ll build strong relationships with existing, new-to-business and prospective customers, ensuring they have the support they need to grow

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

• Confidence in assessing complex financial risk and structuring lending solutions
• Experience in Business or Commercial Banking, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and lending
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with a range of people
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong relationship management skills, with a focus on building trust and adding value
