Your mission
As a Commercial Assistant, you play a vital role in supporting our customers and our Sales Team. You ensure smooth follow-up of the customer portfolio, enhance the digital customer experience, and contribute to the overall quality of our customer service. With your commercial insight and administrative precision, you help drive growth and operational efficiency.
What you will do
1. Customer and Digital Support
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely communication on product specifications (e.g., changes, legal aspects, PPEs).
Encourage and assist customers in using the customer portal, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly digital experience.
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and other IT systems, and promote optimal customer engagement.
Support the Sales Team with pricing analysis, price list updates, and handling price claims.
Process sample requests in CRM and coordinate with customers and Sales Managers to qualify requests.
Identify commercial opportunities and share them with Sales Managers.
Assist with order processing issues and help resolve open order problems.
Support overdue payment collection and manage credit limits in collaboration with Credit Control.
Monitor customer purchasing behavior, collect forecasts, and support Planners.
Coordinate destocking actions for slow-moving products and report progress to the Business Manager.
Master CRM and ERP functionalities to deliver efficient and high-quality customer service.
Support the organization of customer events to enhance our brand visibility and increase market awareness.
2. Compliance & Sustainability
Ensure compliance with all QA and SHE procedures and standards.
Review non-conformances daily and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
Translate the Group’s sustainability strategy into practical, job-related actions.
3. Process Optimization & Teamwork
Provide regular feedback to process owners and Key Users to support operational excellence.
Develop expertise in relevant processes and contribute to best practice sharing.

Proven experience in commercial support and customer service.
Entrepreneurial and dynamic mindset
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and good command of English.
Motivated team player with a high level of service orientation and goal focus.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Advanced user of IT tools and CRM systems.
Flexible and resilient under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
