Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial lines business through self-directed outreach and relationship-building
• Cross-sell personal lines products into existing and new commercial accounts
• Manage and grow a personal book of business with full ownership rights
• Collaborate with a dedicated in-house service team of account managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, functioning effectively as an independent contractor
• Maintain consistent activity and production during the 1-year validation period and beyond

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Experience in commercial lines insurance sales, personal lines, or both is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new client relationships independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating as an independent contractor
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment (1–2 days in office per week), with potential to transition to fully remote
• Self-motivated with the discipline to manage a personal pipeline and drive consistent production

Compensation & Structure Highlights
