Responsibilities

The Commercial Analyst leads reporting and analysis of North American performance, including scorecarding, data visualization, forecasting, goal setting, and strategic analysis. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers
• Contributing to strategic business planning and pricing analysis
• Delivering forecasts, goal-setting frameworks, and performance reporting
• Conducting strategic analysis to inform commercial decisions

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directed
• Ability to quickly learn new systems/processes
• Detail oriented
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and high comfort using technology and systems
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
• Experience in a fast paced environment

PREFERRED

• Experience with data warehousing and data lake methodology
• 2 years commercial analysis experience
• 1 year price structure development and maintenance experience

The annual salary range for this role is $75,00o to $100,000. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
