About the Role

Essity Health & Medical is looking for an ambitious and business-oriented Commercial Analyst & Systems Specialist to strengthen our commercial team in Estonia.

In this combined role, you will turn commercial data into actionable insights while helping our sales and marketing teams get greater value from their systems and tools. You will work at the intersection of business, data and technology, supporting both day-to-day commercial operations and longer-term capability development.

You will collaborate closely with the Baltic sales and marketing organization, as well as colleagues within Commercial Development, Controlling and other functions across Essity. You will analyze commercial performance, develop reports and dashboards, support CRM and other commercial systems, and help ensure that our data and tools are translated into better commercial decisions and ways of working.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will combine commercial analytics, CRM expertise and digital enablement to help Essity make smarter decisions, strengthen customer engagement and unlock new opportunities for growth.

  • Transform commercial data into actionable insights that support decision-making across sales, marketing, pricing, profitability and customer development.
  • Develop and maintain impactful dashboards, reports and KPIs that help the organization identify opportunities, risks and growth drivers.
  • Act as the local expert for CRM and commercial systems, ensuring they effectively support business objectives and commercial excellence.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to improve processes, translate business needs into system enhancements and drive adoption of commercial tools.
  • Deliver training, guidance and support enable colleagues to leverage data, CRM and analytics tools with confidence.
  • Support digital transformation by exploring opportunities within automation, AI and integrated commercial processes.
  • Collaborate across functions and Nordic teams to strengthen commercial capabilities, drive standardization and support strategic business initiatives.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured and motivated by using data and technology to solve real business challenges. You enjoy working with both numbers and people, and you can move comfortably between detailed analysis and broader commercial discussions.

You are likely to have:

  • A university degree in business analytics, economics, finance, information systems, data science, business administration or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience within commercial analysis, business intelligence, CRM, sales systems or a comparable area
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Power BI
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • An understanding of commercial performance drivers and the ability to turn data into relevant business insights
  • A strong focus on data quality, accuracy and structured ways of working
  • The ability to communicate analytical findings and system-related topics in a clear and practical way
  • A collaborative mindset and confidence working across sales, marketing, controlling, IT and other functions
  • The ability to manage several priorities and deadlines in a changing commercial environment
  • A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken
