Commercial Analyst| Blue Care

  • Employment Term:Full time permanent positions

  • Location:Brisbane, Ann St Office

Your part in our BlueCare team

The Commercial Analyst enables growth and performance across BlueCare by delivering commercial insights, business cases, reporting, and execution support to inform decisions and realise benefits. This role is looking for a highly organised,analyticaland self-directed analyst, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work through ambiguity and collaborate effectively to achieve strategic objectives

In this role, you will:

  • Develop andmaintaincommercial models, including pricing, funding mix,marginsand investment returns across scenarios

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, translating insights into clear recommendations

  • Prepare business cases and investment papers aligned to strategic priorities

  • Support supplier and partner assessments, contributing to pricing analysis and commercial inputs into contracts and proposals

  • Deliver performance reporting and dashboards to track key metrics andbenefitoutcomes

  • Support project delivery through coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement activities

  • Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and co-design activities with clinical and operational stakeholders

  • Prepare high-quality management materials, including executive updates and Steering Committee papers

What makes a difference for us?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline - Essential

  • Demonstratedexperience in business and commercial analysis, witha track recordof delivering commercially focused outcomes.

  • Experience in the development of business cases and investment appraisals.

  • Proficiencyin MS Excel, PowerBIand associated tools

  • Ability to develop presentations for management that draw on analytical findings and insights

  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders and workstreams in high pressure environments

  • Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex analysis into concise insights, executive readymaterialsand practical recommendations.

  • Satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or organisational policy
