Position: Commercial Agreements Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Belgrade, SRB

Grade: P4
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (office-based)

The Commercial Agreements Manager supports the Global Real Estate team by managing, organizing, and overseeing commercial lease agreements across our global portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate lease records, proactively monitoring the portfolio for critical dates and obligations, and supporting end‑to‑end real estate transaction activities. The Commercial Agreements Manager works cross‑functionally to help ensure contractual compliance and mitigate risk by clearly communicating lease obligations, risks, and portfolio insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning and maintaining commercial lease agreements and related documentation processes for a global real estate portfolio
• Abstracting leases, amendments, and related agreements into portfolio management systems and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy
• Monitoring the lease portfolio and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Preparing lease summaries, reports, and data insights to support portfolio planning, audits, and financial analysis
• Supporting end‑to‑end transaction processes, including lease commencements, renewals, amendments, assignments, and exits
• Serving as a key point of coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure timely execution, documentation, and compliance with commercial agreements
• Contributing to process improvements, standardization, and data integrity across global real estate and contract management processes

Qualified Candidates have:

• Experience interpreting commercial real estate (CRE) leases and related agreements
• Experience managing and maintaining leases across global portfolios
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to clearly define commercial terms to a senior audience
• Background in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related work experience
