We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our fantastic Southern Commercial team and play a key role in providing support to a busy Commercial department.

COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Electronic and paper filing of correspondence, general papers and emails
Answering calls from subcontractors / suppliers / employees
Dealing with calls from regions and requesting information from them and chasing for responses
Assisting with preparation of information for tender packages.

COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Able to communicate written and verbally with people at all levels
Ability to deal with a number of tasks at the same time
Must be approachable and have a can do attitude
A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
