In this role, you'll:


Working as part of a team delivering commercial assurance, financial coordination and administrative support across the Compliance and Automated Enforcement portfolio, this role contributes to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of commercial operations that support key project and program outcomes.


This role will see you
- provide high quality commercial, coordination and reporting support, including processing work orders, supporting billing, reconciliation and settlement activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and records along with coordinating meetings and tracking actions.

- support vendor and stakeholder communication, assist with procurement activities such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices, and contribute to maintaining financial controls, compliance and risk management processes.

- have the opportunity to build capability across financial administration, procurement, systems and operational processes. You will manage key commercial processes, ensure data quality and compliance,
You will support accurate and timely commercial and administrative processes, helping to build efficient workflows, strong data integrity and effective financial control practices in a fast paced environment with competing priorities, tight deadlines and a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

Please note that this role is more commercially focused with reporting and data management and has limited coordination or calendar management.

About you


Your strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, formed across commercial, procurement, administration, clerical, finance or operational support roles, will see you excel in coordinating activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting financial processes and responding to stakeholder needs, leading to smooth business operations, compliant processes and timely service delivery.


You're recognised as a reliable and proactive support professional, skilled at communicating clearly, using systems effectively, maintaining data accuracy and working collaboratively, experienced in supporting commercial, administrative and financial processes, managing competing tasks and delivering quality outcomes in structured, deadline driven environments

You have:


• Strong ability to support the commercial team in achieving KPIs.


• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data quality and control.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ArchiBus and CES would be highly regarded


• Proven ability to set up monitoring and reporting processes and systems.


• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
