COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS OPERATIONS

REPORTS TO: COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR

STATUS: NON-EXEMPT

Based out of the Store Support Center in Irvine California. Work Week would be Monday – Friday.

Purpose of Role: Work with the Commercial Accounts Field Team in vital administrative tasks to help support the continued growth of the Commercial Accounts Division. Work with the Commercial Accounts Operations Lead in completion of Customer Accounts, Field Communication, Record keeping and updating, Customer Service and Projects as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process and complete all aspects of a Non A/R Customer Account. Including: Aptos verification, Binder development and completion, File Storage (Box / OneDrive), and Field Communication.
  • Process and complete all aspects of an A/R Customer Account. Including: Aptos setup and integration, Binder development and completion, File Storage (Box / OneDrive), Voucher development, and Field Communication.
  • Process and Complete Vendor Certificate Customer Account. Including: Aptos setup and integration, Binder development and completion, File Storage (Box / OneDrive), File distribution to Accounting, and Field Communication.
  • Update existing Commercial Accounts with most current information.
  • Provide customer service to existing Commercial Account Customers, including touch base reporting to Key Commercial Accounts.
  • Work closely with Store Teams to help ensure continued growth of store Commercial Account business.

PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $20.00/hr*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
