
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Manager with a background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry. This role focuses on managing existing commercial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and serving as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and facility managers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the commercial sector
Prepare proposals, estimates, and service agreements
Coordinate with internal teams (service, installation, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of services
Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or air conditioning sales/account management
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and services
Proven track record of meeting sales goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
