What You Will Do
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company's solutions can enhance their development processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the software development community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with developers and drive interest in the company's offerings.
- Utilize REST API knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits to technical audiences.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's brand and solutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the software development or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with developers and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and their application in software development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
Preferred
- Experience with B2B sales in the devtools or API SDK space.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- A background in software development or technical support roles.
Compensation and Benefits
