P&G Professional is pursuing a$16 billionprofessional cleaning market by serving the needs of professionals with trusted brands and superior products.

This role is the single point of ownership for digital commerce performance across P&G PRO North America, witha strong foundationacross full funnel (awareness, consideration, and conversion) tactics.

The idealcandidatebringsstrongexpertisein digital commerce, with hands-on experience in eContent optimization and search marketing,alongsidea broad understanding of retailer media, digital merchandising, owned channels,web analytics,measurement, and emerging digital capabilities. This individual willleveragethese capabilities toidentifygrowth opportunities,influence recommendations,lead cross-functional initiatives, anddeliver measurable business results whileadaptingpriorities based on evolving business and customer needs.

This is not an admin or process management role. It is astrategic,performance-driven digital commerce role with full end-to-end ownership of outcomesThe successful candidate willoperatecomfortably in an evolving environment, helping define new ways of working,identifycapability gaps, and shape how digital commerce is activated across the organization.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Full-Funnel Digital Strategy: Help shape digital commerce priorities across the full marketing funnel, including awareness, consideration, and conversion. Translate business goals into clear digital strategies that can flex across channels, customers, platforms, and evolving business needs.

  • Customer & Channel Digital Growth: Partner with customer teams, retailer partners, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders to identifyand recommenddigital growth opportunities across priority customers andchannelsDigitalCommerce Execution: Lead andexecutedigitalgrowth initiativesthat may include eContent, digital shelf, paid search, retailer search, retailer media, social, email, digital merchandising, and other customer-facing digital tactics. Scope may flexover time based on business priorities, customer needs, and where the greatest growth opportunities exist.

  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Use digital performance data, customer insights, media results, content performance, and web analytics toidentifyopportunities,optimizeplans, and improve the end-to-end digital customer journey. Connect activity across the funnel to measurable business outcomes.

  • Agency, Platform & Partner Management: Manage and influence external agencies, platform partners, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure digital work is clearly briefed, well-executed, measured effectively, and tied to business priorities. Provide strategic direction whilemaintainingaccountability for execution and results.

  • Digital Enablement & Capability Building: Create scalable guidance, tools, best practices, and recommendations that help customer teams and internal partners better understand and activate digital opportunities. Support the organization in building stronger digital commerce capabilities over time.

  • Test & Learn Leadership:Identifyemerging digital opportunities, pilot new platforms, technologies, retailer capabilities, and measurement approaches to accelerate business growth. Recommend where successful initiatives should be scaled across the business.

Job Qualifications

Digital Commerce / eContent Expertise:Demonstratedexperienceoptimizingproduct content for digital retail, including Amazon, retailer .com sites, distributor websites, and digitally focused retailers. Understands how eContent drives conversion, organic search rank, digital shelf share, and downstream sales outcomes. Familiar with content management systems such as PIM,Syndigo, or equivalent platforms.

Search& PerformanceMarketing: Hands-on experience managing paid search, retailer search, SEM, or PSOR programs — including keyword research, bid strategy, budget allocation, performance optimization, and conversion tracking. Understands CPC economics and how to drive cost-efficientclickand conversion growth.

Retail Media & Digital Retailer SavvyExperience developing digital growth strategies across retailer media networks, marketplaces, distributor websites, and customer digital ecosystems.Understands how retailer media can support lower-funnel conversion while also flexing into mid-funnel and upper-funnel awareness or consideration tactics whenappropriate

Agency & Partner Management: Proven ability to manage external agency partners across media, search, content, retail media, or digital commerce — setting briefs, reviewing performance, holding accountability for results, and translating business priorities into clear executional direction.

Analytical Rigor / Data Fluency: Comfortable pulling, interpreting, and acting on digital performance data.Can connect dots across digital commerce and media performance including eContent, search, retailer media, web analytics, and customer insights toidentifyroot causes and business opportunities.Experience with retail media dashboards, Google Ads,Pacvue, Amazon Ads,SEM Rush,or equivalent platforms preferred.

Executional Excellence: Operational discipline with high attention to detail. P&G PRO has more products and complexity than traditional consumer brands — this person mustsuccessfully prioritize and manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Learning Agility & Adaptability:Comfortable operating in an evolving business environment, learning new platforms and capabilities, and helping shape new ways of working as digital commerce continues to evolve.
