Bangkok วางแผนกำลังคนและงบประมาณ ติดตามการให้บริการแบบ Real-time วิเคราะห์ KPI และจัดทำรายงาน/แจ้งเตือน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและรองรับปริมาณงานลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสม
- วางแผนและจัดทำ Forecasting & Capacity Planning เพื่อคาดการณ์ปริมาณงานและกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับปริมาณการให้บริการลูกค้าในแต่ละช่องทาง
- บริหารและควบคุม Manpower Planning และ Budget เพื่อให้การใช้ทรัพยากรบุคคลมีประสิทธิภาพและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายองค์กร
- ติดตามและบริหาร Real-time Operation Monitoring ผ่าน Command Center เพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะการให้บริการของทุกช่องทาง เช่น IVR, Chat, Social และ Digital Service
- วิเคราะห์และติดตาม Performance Metrics เช่น Service Level, Response Time, Abandon Rate และ Productivity
- จัดทำ Alert และ Incident Notification เมื่อพบความผิดปกติของปริมาณงานหรือประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ
- จัดทำ Operation Dashboard และ Performance Report เพื่อรายงานสถานะการให้บริการและแนวโน้มการใช้งานให้ผู้บริหารรับทราบ
- ประสานงานกับทีม Operation, Technology และ Customer Service เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและบริหารสถานการณ์ที่มีผลกระทบต่อการให้บริการ
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อเสนอแนวทาง ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการและการใช้ทรัพยากร อย่างต่อเนื่อง
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตาม KPIs และจัดทำ Performance Report
