Reporting to the Director, US Comirnaty Adult Advanced Customer Lead, the Comirnaty Marketing Senior Manager will play a pivotal tactical role, working in close collaboration with the Account Management team to successfully support and drive Comirnaty uptake within large, organized customers by delivering solutions that help these customers prioritize and optimize COVID-19 vaccine administration to their patients and members.

Prior field, operational, and/or marketing experience are all appropriate and relevant. For those with field and/or operational experience, this is your chance to learn marketing. For those with marketing experience only, this is your chance to learn about the exciting world of vaccines, buy-and-bill, and the unique world of the Advanced customer channel (Health Systems, IDNs, and National Accounts).

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
This is a partial list of the critical elements. This role is dynamic and requires a flexible candidate who can adjust to shifting demands.
Own National Spring and Fall Readiness meetings. Comirnaty Account preparation, presentation, story, workshops, and general administration in support of national meetings to ensure VAMs understand Brand strategy, goals, and calls to action.
Own Comirnaty VAM Champs network. The VAM Champs are the voice of the field and a critical network activated twice monthly. You will set agendas, lead meetings, and generally facilitate excellent two-way communication between field and brand.
Own select field resources to walk through entire life cycle of marketing development, from concept to approved piece. Real World Evidence is one example.
Support developing and delivering Comirnaty Adult Advanced Customer (VAM Customers) channel tactics – including Season Readiness, and Stocking to name a few. Work closely with broader Brand marketing team ensuring unified approach.
Evolving Opportunities – Support field education of shifting market dynamics and business opportunities.
Lead operational excellence efforts by structuring team sites, establishing professional meeting atmosphere, and organizing feedback and actions to keep all internal stakeholders engaged and delivering.
Maintain a current understanding of the voice of the customer and voice of the field. Share feedback and insights with Advanced Customer Lead to support relevant messaging for current market.
Collaborate closely with HSS Marketing to support high stocking pull-through in accounts.
Support operational excellence in Early Reservations, coordinating communication and actions between the supply and accounts teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 6+ years ofexperience.
Pharmaceutical commercial experience.
Understanding of IDN/Advanced Customers and/or Vaccines.
Promoted Field Role, Operational Role, or Marketing Role are preferred backgrounds.
Demonstrated matrix management, collaboration, and teamwork.
Strong project management skills, ability to manage timelines and dependencies.
Effective communication skills, ability to mobilize cross-functional partners.
Ability to navigate internal organization/processes.
Bias towards action, with a sense of urgency to deliver high quality plans and tactics that deliver the desired customer actions.
Demonstrated ability to effectively work on multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency and enthusiasm while prioritizingand meeting team goals.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility.
Nice-to-Have
Master's degree with at least 5+ years of experience; ORa PhD with 1+ years of experience.
Strong business acumen and demonstrated flexibility.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt and operate successfully.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required (e.g., for conferences and off-site meetings)
In-person attendance is expected for high-impact strategic meetings, workshops, or planning sessions; particularly those led or facilitated by the Director
Travel may include attendance at NY HQs meetings, and conferences. May need to assist/respond to Senior Leadership requests and questions off hours.

Secondment 6-10 months
