What You'll Be Doing

• Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure clients receive dependable care
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
• Coordinate schedule updates and communicate important information promptly
• Maintain accurate client records and office documentation
• Partner with the office team to provide a smooth and positive client experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and standard office programs
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities
• Experience in healthcare, scheduling, or office administration is helpful, but not required
