Could you be the full-time Logistics and Foreign Trade Analyst in São Paulo we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and foreign trade expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless import and export operations, enabling us to deliver our innovative solutions to customers worldwide. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers), negotiate international freight contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of planning, organizing, and controlling import/export activities, but also oversee logistics operations related to storage and transportation, including customs clearance.
We’ll look to you for:
Analyzing purchasing conditions for imported materials to align with order specifications and production needs
Negotiating and contracting international freight with forwarders/agents
Monitoring international shipments and customs clearance processes to meet delivery timelines
Ensuring strict cost control over import/export, storage, and transportation expenses
Executing import/export operations in compliance with internal policies and regulations
Monitoring KPIs and reporting on departmental performance to ensure efficiency
Managing and controlling contracted special customs regimes
Ensuring compliance with BNDES local content (nationalization index) certification requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in Foreign Trade (Comex)
Proven ability to analyze international purchasing conditions and manage end-to-end import processes
Strong knowledge of Foreign Trade and Customs Legislation
Experience with systems such as OSGT (Import Sys), SAP, and SISCOMEX (mandatory)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving mindset
Agility, proactivity, and a team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal communication
High level of adaptability and learning agility
