We are searching for the best talent for Surgery Comercial Training Lead Endo/Energy.
Purpose:
The Commercial Training Lead is responsible for designing, leading, and executing comprehensive training programs for a team of 20+ sales representatives in Mexico. This role focuses on upskilling sales teams based on specialization areas, product-to-procedure knowledge, value proposition articulation, and effective platform strategy deployment.
You will be responsible for
• Develop and implement targeted commercial training programs that address the
specific needs of sales representatives by specialization and product area.
• Deliver engaging training sessions—both in-person and virtually—covering product
knowledge, procedural best practices, and the company's value propositions.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure
training content is current and aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Define, select, and manage the KOL strategy to support training design and
implementation, ensuring strong clinical relevance and market impact.
• Work with global teams to benchmark best practices and replicate successful
training programs across the organization when relevant to the Mexico business.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their selling skills, customer
engagement, and adoption of platform strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance
metrics, continuously refining content and delivery methods.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials, incorporating feedback
and evolving market needs.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field; advanced
degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, sales training or commercial excellence roles,
preferably within the Mexican market.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams of 20 or more
representatives.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, product positioning, and value-based selling
techniques.
• Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in both Spanish and
English.
