Columbia Family Clinic – Patient Service Representative

Location: Columbia Family Clinic – Dayton, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week

Compensation: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour

10-hour Shifts | 7:00am – 5:30pm | On-the-Job Training

What We Offer

• On-the-Job Training: Paid training, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Schedule after training: 4, 10-hour shifts per week
• Shift differentials for nights and weekends (night and weekend shifts not required)
• Float to other clinics as needed

Qualifications

• Administrative office experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus!
  

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments to optimize provider time and clinic flow.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, scan, and file documents, including medical records and insurance paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Assist with general clerical tasks and support daily clinic operations.
