Job Description

1. Oversee the daily operations of the Urgent Care Center to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
2. Provide direct supervision of clinical staff, including responsibility for staffing, scheduling, and 24/7 clinical coverage.
3. Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
4. Assist providers with direct patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital, performing EKGs, point-of-care testing, injections, and other medical assisting duties as needed.
5. Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet operational and patient care needs.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection prevention, and regulatory standards.
7. Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of clinic staff.
8. Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies are clean, stocked, and operational.
9. Address patient concerns and promote an exceptional patient experience.
10. Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve clinic operations, quality, and patient satisfaction.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
