Travel Fixture Installer- Regional Remodel Team

Pay: $22.00–$24.00/hr, DOE

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Schedule: Primarily overnight project schedules

Travel: Regional weekly travel

Signature Retail Services is hiring experienced Travel Fixture Installers in the Colorado Springs, CO area to join our Regional Remodel Team! We're looking for dependable, hands-on professionals with experience in fixture installation, steel racking, store remodels, or new store construction who enjoy traveling and working as part of a fast-paced project team. This is a long-term travel position supporting overnight installation and remodel projects throughout your assigned region and surrounding states, with full travel details below.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain steel pallet racking systems and retail fixtures.
• Complete fixture installations, store remodels, modifications, and updates according to project plans and specifications.
• Inspect and replace damaged or improperly installed racking components, including beams, uprights, braces, anchors, and safety hardware.
• Read and follow store layouts, schematics, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment. Paid training and required certifications are provided.
• Merchandise and set product according to planograms and client specifications as needed.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to complete installations safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and completion details to project leadership.
• Complete required project documentation and reporting using web-based technology while following all company and client safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to 6 hours to support project needs.
• Previous experience with fixture installation, pallet racking systems, cantilevers, and/or remodel construction.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools and hands-on installation work.
• Capable of reading and following project plans, planograms, and detailed work instructions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills while working in a team environment.
• Working personal smartphone with call, text, email, and in-store reporting capabilities.
• Comfortable performing work at heights in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Forklift, Ballymore, and scissor lift experience and/or OSHA certification are preferred but not required. Training is provided!
• This is a physically demanding role that involves standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting 50+ pounds without assistance throughout the shift.
