Position : Color Specialist of Compounding

Reporting to : Compounding Operations Director

Location : Shimotsuma, Japan

Position Summary & Job Description

This position is specialist for color and compounding adjustment .

This role brings effective and improved process in compounding area include color and other

adjustment.

This position leads compounding team technically with doing following actions;

➣Create new compounding process with R&D and PD team

He or she can finalize new compounding process with R&D team for realizing quality and less batch

cycle time. This person leads compounding team to bring stable and efficacy operation process.

➣Adjust and provide the good quality products by compounding process adjustment

He or she is decision maker for adjustment condition and approver to provide the samples to QC.

This person leads the compounding team to get the compounding data, then leads analyze the

improve point of adjustment process and let them execute actions.

➣Evaluating the quality by process and establish the action for reworking

He or she follow the specification change by time or process condition

When OOS is happened, to establish rework procedure and test.

➣Improve compounding process efficiency

By analyzing compounding process data, improve efficiency and increase the batch cycle time and

labor efficiency

➣Participate developing and/or improving production system

When new production system like MES, SAP and pre-weigh, this person participates/leads and

improves the current process.

➣Support director and area lead to achieve KPI

Analyze the current process and set up the actions to realize KPI. And leads team member, then

execute actions

Requirement:

Minimum Education level: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 5

% Travel Time: 20

Required Language Proficiency: Japanese, English

Licenses or Certifications: License of Hazardous material in Japan
