The Color Design Associate supports the Design Managers and VP of Design in creating seasonal color palettes and visual assets, as well as in managing dip and basic pattern development and approvals. Reporting into the Design Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our color and pattern are internally executed and externally experienced by our customers. Success in this role will be defined by a precise focus on maintaining bulk color consistency and ensuring pattern continuity and accuracy across the collection. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who values feedback as a tool for growth.

LA: This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
California resident: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation range for this role is $20.50-$32.00 per hour This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
