This position will be assigned to the San Luis Obispo campus. The preferred schedule for the selected candidate is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Under general supervision, perform a variety of receptionist, clerical and data entry work and operate the main campus phone contact.
An incumbent in this position will perform a variety of responsible, clerical work in support of the college’s administrators and confidential employees. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for telephone inquiries and visitors.
Incumbents in this position support student learning outcomes and institutional effectiveness by serving as the first point of contact for the public and providing support for the administrator and confidential employees.
Serving all of San Luis Obispo County, Cuesta College has provided comprehensive associate degree offerings, certificates, and community programs to the region since 1964. The main campus is located along scenic Highway 1, west of San Luis Obispo and east of the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Cuesta College has a North County Campus in Paso Robles, and South County Center, in Arroyo Grande.
