Receptionist – Be the Friendly Face of RCDS Belgravia!

Location: RCDS Belgravia, London, SW1X 8NS
Pay: £14.80 per hour
Contract: Permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Shift times: 09:30 – 12:30

What you’ll do:

• Welcome visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle calls, emails, and queries with professionalism and a friendly approach.
• Draft and manage internal and external emails, monitor mailboxes.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily objectives.

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Previous admin or receptionist experience is desirable, but full training will be given.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
