What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professionals: 3-5 years of proven success in college admissions with a robust record of guiding students to highly competitive colleges. Recent or current 1:1 college counseling and/or admissions experience is a must.
• In-Depth Knowledge: Expertise in U.S. colleges and universities, current admissions trends, and international admissions policies.
• Passionate Educators: A deep passion for empowering students and building their confidence through the college admissions process.
• Exceptional Communicators: Skilled at engaging with students and families with clarity and effectiveness.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and online scheduling, with a knack for quickly adapting to new tools.
• Dedicated Mentors: Willingness to commit to at least one semester and a readiness to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Guide students through career exploration, course selection, standardized testing, and college list development with expert precision.
• Application Management: Oversee the college application process, from enhancing acceptance chances to meeting deadlines and crafting standout essays.
• Effective Communication: Maintain clear, supportive communication with students, parents, and guardians throughout the admissions journey.
