At BOK Financial, our success starts with our incredible talent. We need a detail oriented customer service enthusiast like yourself to join our Mortgage Servicing group as a Collector, Mortgage Servicing. Bring your knowledge and passion for loan servicing to us.

The Collector is primarily responsible for Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. This position provides customer service regarding collection issues, reviewing account for correct resolution and is accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will have both inbound and outbound call responsibilities each day on your defined customer list.
  • You will develop your own strategy around effective calling campaigns and resolutions.
  • You will be given the tools you need to succeed and support our customers while making a direct impact every day.
  • You will work closely with your team and manager to develop solutions and remedy delinquency matters.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through 3-5 years of high volume collections experience.

Prior experience in Mortgage Collections is a plus.
