The Collector II helps Clicklease maintain portfolio health and support customer success by managing delinquent accounts and negotiating repayment solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer conversations, analyzing financial situations, and working toward measurable performance goals.
You’ll join the Collections team; a group focused on balancing customer experience with business outcomes. The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.
