This role is responsible for a variety of billing, collections, and patient account management tasks to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement from insurance companies and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
