Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers who have outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
  • Ensure timely payments and follow up with customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
  • Communicate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Meet or exceed monthly collection goals

Requirements:

  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter and self-motivated and able to work independently,
  • Be adaptable and able to learn and retain new information easily.
